There are many therapeutic procedures that either directly treat or correct problems with your
cardiovascular system. These procedures are often performed in conjunction with or as a result of one of the
diagnostic procedures described in the previous section of this manual. If the procedure your
doctor has recommended for you is not discussed here, your doctor and nurse will provide you with further information.
