Identification Bracelets

Many patients wear an identification bracelet or necklace with information about their medical condition or medications they are taking. For example, you may want to highlight the fact that you are taking insulin for diabetes or that you are taking coumadin (a blood thinner). Click here for an application to obtain your medical "jewelry." Ask your doctor or nurse if this is appropriate for you. It could save your life!
